REVEALED: The World’s most Instagrammed luxury hotel brands

With hundreds of new luxury hotel brands appearing around the world, offering extraordinary accommodation, divine culinary options and a never-ending range of facilities, choosing the best hotel brand can be difficult.

So to track down the best of the best, experts at Flawless.org turned to Instagram and tallied up the number of hashtags each brand had received.

Four Seasons topped the list as the most “Instagrammed” notching up a whopping 1,793,007 hashtags, with its hotel in Koh Samui the most popular with more than 17,000. This 5-star hotel is situated on the North West coast of Koh Samui in Laem Yai Bay, and each room is fitted with a private infinity pool and bar.

St Regis came in second, clocking up 661,600 hashtag, with Bali their most popular hotel with nearly 19,000 hashtags.

Rosewood came in third with 610,107 hashtags. Its London Rosewood hotel was the most popular hotel, with nearly 17,000 photos being added to the ‘gram. This luxurious hotel, situated near Covent Garden, is the perfect mix of British heritage and contemporary sophistication.

Next came the award-winning Mandarin Oriental hotel, with 543,357 hashtags. The Tokyo Mandarin Hotel was ranked its most popular by Instagram with 25,000 people taking photos.

It was, however, the Soneva Jani, situated on the crystal-clear waters of Noonu Atoll in the Maldives, that won the title of most “Instagrammed” hotel with 92,614 hashtags – 54,079 more than the second placed Park Hyatt hotel in Tokyo.
