From this month the 93-bedroom Signature London, J Marylebone Hotel is being rebranded to become voco London Marylebone under RBH management.
Launched in 2018, voco has become the fastest growing premium brand part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family of brands.
IHG currently has 12 voco hotels in the UK and more than 150 opened and signed worldwide.
This delightful boutique hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of Marylebone village, one of London’s most vibrant and fashionable neighbourhoods with its unique blend of independent shops and boutiques, restaurants and cafes.
It is just a short walk from the bustle of Marylebone High Street, where you can immerse yourself in the village vibe on the picturesque cobblestones of Marylebone Lane, surrounded by period architecture and attractive green spaces.
While this new Marylebone hotel will be the first voco property in the RBH portfolio, supporting its growth in the premium and upscale hotel market, it marks its 77th property in partnership with IHG.
RBH has appointed Pritesh Hirani as general manager, following a successful 13-year career with RBH, including completing its internal talent development scheme in 2017, and three subsequent deputy general manager roles across RBH’s London portfolio.
Matt Walton, IHG’s head of development for the UK and Ireland, said: “We are excited tobe bringing voco hotels to London in a coveted location like Marylebone.
“voco hotels is a really exciting brand in the premium space that combines charm, comfort and an inviting experience with the reliability of a global brand.”
David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management said: “A first for both RBH and for London, this is a great addition to our portfolio and a significant milestone in our expansion.”
