Named Bon Vivant and situated in a private space in Bowness-on-Windermere with views of the Lake, the three-bedroomed detached villa is a traditional Lake District stone and slate built property, completely refurbished and designed to produce an exquisite, boutique environment.

Hargreaves has become renowned for successfully combining technology with ‘plush’ and Bon Vivant is the next step in sumptuous.
The very best in furnishings, wallpapers and fabrics sit comfortably alongside top-of-the-range lighting and technology, with all rooms controlled with iPad technology for music and movies.
A Reako intelligent lighting system is used throughout the property. Creating an atmosphere in which to relax and unwind is a key element in all of his venues.
Other features include a five-star kitchen, a reading room, a dining room for six and stunning lounge area with speakers in the ceiling.
